I joined Lisa Franz on Nutrition & Life to talk about a subject that almost never gets airtime: the male pelvic floor.

We covered what the symptoms actually look like, and they are not only pain. Urinary changes, autonomic oddities, and sexual symptoms all show up here, and most men have no framework for connecting them.

We also got into the causes worth taking seriously, including sedentary work and training imbalances, and the at-home basics that help: stretching, diaphragmatic breathing, vagus nerve work, morning light, and sleep. And we talked about why partners are often the ones who notice first.
